Terms of Service

By accessing or using Aésmany, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the platform on behalf of a business, you confirm you have the authority to bind that business.

Aésmany provides a multi-tenant restaurant management platform covering billing, inventory, payroll, analytics, and related services. Features available depend on your subscription plan.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at support@aesmany.studio.

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access it through means other than the documented interfaces, reverse engineer the platform, or use it to violate any applicable law or third-party rights.

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

We target 99.9% monthly uptime for Enterprise plans and 99.5% for Growth plans, excluding scheduled maintenance announced in advance. Service credits for downtime are governed by your plan SLA.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aésmany's total liability for any claim arising out of these terms is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance via email and an in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
