Aésmany started in 2019 with one outlet, one product, and one bet — that restaurants deserved infrastructure as serious as their food.
We grew up in restaurants. Our founders ran outlets and spent every week reconciling spreadsheets between multiple POS systems that didn't talk to each other.
The available software treated restaurants as an afterthought — retail tools with a "table mode" toggle, accounting platforms that didn't understand recipes, payroll systems that broke at shift-based scheduling.
So we built RMS ERP. Based in Ahmedabad, India — built for serious restaurant operators who want software that actually works for their business.
We're still operators. We still care about what happens on the floor. And we still think the best restaurant software is the kind you never have to think about.
