Privacy Policy

We collect information you provide directly when you create an account, configure outlets, run transactions, or contact support. This includes business details, staff records, transaction data, and any content you upload to the platform.

We use your data to operate the platform, process transactions, generate the reports you request, provide support, and improve the product. We never sell your data, and we never use customer transaction data to train external models.

Your data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We host on certified Tier IV data centers in India and the UAE. We undergo annual SOC 2 Type II audits and maintain ISO 27001 certification.

We share data only with sub-processors strictly required to deliver the service (payment processors, email delivery, cloud hosting) and only the minimum data required. A full sub-processor list is available on request.

You can access, export, correct, or delete your data at any time from within the application or by contacting support@aesmany.studio. Deletion requests are honored within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.

We retain transaction data for the period required by tax law in your jurisdiction (typically 7 years in India). Other data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days, after which it is permanently deleted.
